What do I want in the full spectrum? Reach (at least) all peaks of photosynthesis. l with wavelengths of 430/453, 642 and 662 nm. This is important for both corals and plants, since each wavelength provides energy for a specific function. 430nm wavelength LEDs are hard to find and are usually only found in expensive LED fixtures. This light covers a wide spectrum well but transmits 660nm and is hardest to get to - 430nm. UV works well at 400-420nm (had to scan the LED individually with a handheld spectrometer to get this faint signal - 2nd . photo), but this composition is mostly absent between 420β450 and quite empty above 650. It is likely to provide good color but growth may be lacking due to the lack of key wavelength peaks.
