Not impressed - smells bad

A peanut massage ball looks like two racket balls glued together. It came with no instructions. So how you use it is up to you. One minus - a massage ball with peanuts has a very unpleasant smell. I was afraid to use it on the wall because I didn't know if it would stain the wall. So I used it on the floor. This peanut massage ball reminds me of two tennis balls in a sock that I learned in physical therapy class. I've used it for muscle tension in the shoulder, neck with headaches. Having tried this, I honestly prefer two tennis balls in one sock. If you put it under your neck and just let it sit, it might help relieve the muscle tension I was having. It doesn't roll very easily. Therefore, it is difficult to imagine how it can be used effectively as a massage ball. Perhaps it would be helpful if the manufacturer had a flyer that could give you recommendations on what else it could be used for. Anyway, between the smell and its limited use, I'm not impressed.
