VERY smelly stuff, but it can help relieve sore muscles

This soft but tight wand-shaped massager came out of the box with a strong smell, the chemical smell you find in industrial glue. I didn't even want to play with it because of the smell, so I left it unused for almost a week before deciding to give it a try. The smell diminished, but unfortunately it was still there. Works well, good carrying case

I've been doing yoga for about 7 years now. From time to time we use tennis balls to roll our back or neck. This ball is essentially the same, except it keeps its distance. My yoga teacher said she takes 2 tennis balls and puts them in her sock to keep distance. She had other alternatives but found them much harder than tennis balls and didn't like them. Not impressed - smells bad

A peanut massage ball looks like two racket balls glued together. It came with no instructions. So how you use it is up to you. One minus - a massage ball with peanuts has a very unpleasant smell. I was afraid to use it on the wall because I didn't know if it would stain the wall. So I used it on the floor.
