Terrible Cookware for camping, look elsewhere!

Don't know why the reviews are so good for this. I had a terrible time with this cookware set on my camping trip and the ONLY good thing I can say about it is that it is compact and lightweight. If you are backpacking I can see how that would be important, but literally everything else about this set is terrible. Here is a detailed breakdown:- NOT non-stick. Everything I cooked stuck horribly to this and was a terrible sticky mess to scrape out of the pans. It did not matter how much oil I…

Pros
  • Easy to clean and carry
Cons
  • The non-stick surface is not very durable

Perfect for camping!

We purchased these to replace our bulky "leftover" camping cookware. They are fabulous! Lightweight but sturdy and well-made; the handlescwork well and stay cool. Very compact but large enough to prepare meals for 2-4 people. They are perfect for our 2-burner Coleman stove. I was skeptical about the little tea kettle, but it might be my favorite piece; perfectly balanced and the pour spout works well. I like the non-stick coating, although the stainless option might prove better for the long…

Pros
  • Camping Cookware
Cons
  • The set does not include a frying pan

Great cooking set for larger families

This cooking set easily fits the outdoor cooking needs of a larger family/group (3+ people). The nesting design works great and it's light-weight, compact but durable. We've used it a few times since we got it in the summer. The pots are large and versatile. The handles do get bubbled up a bit if placed too close to open fire but do not affect the use of them. They're somewhat non-stick and easy to wash. Love the set!

Pros
  • Compact design and light weight
Cons
  • The size of the set is too small for larger groups

Packs great but the non stick is non existent

Used it once on a camp stove (gas), i only needed the kettle and fry pan.The kettle is good for one mug and that's ok. The fry pan was just a pain. I cooked a quesadilla and that was good but the moment i tried sausage, you could start seeing the non stick coat was just not there. And yes, i treated the pan before.I then tried to make some eggs and as you can see in the picture, it was not the most desirable breakfast. The cleaning was even worse. Why 3 stars? if you plan of cooking things like

Truly compact and worked well!

Bought this for my daughter and son-in-law. Met every expectation on their recent camping trip. They packed all their gear in a little car so this was perfect in that it didn't take up much space. Teakettle was great to heat up water for noodles, coffee, or tea - they hit some rainy weather and were able to quickly warm up with some comfort foods. We can see them getting years of enjoyment out of this!

Pros
  • Complete 2-3 Persons Cookware Sets——The camping cooking set is perfect for 2 people’s outdoor cooking needs. It includes 1 pot,1 frying pan, 1 Teapot,2 BPA -free bowls,2 BPA-Free plates,1 BPA Free foldable soup spoon, 1 rice ladle, and 1 cleaning sponge. Best money ever spent.
Cons
  • The pot lid does not fit well

Love to look at it best in my review

So.I haven't actually used this yet, but if you could base a review off of just looking at it, opening up the bag and taking everything apart, and putting it away, this is an 11 out of 10.For real, everything nests together perfectly, it's lightweight, just perfect. Love it

Pros
  • Ideal Gift for Camper Lovers——The camping dinnerware would also a great gift for anyone's bug out bag for disaster preparedness, firefighters, campers, travelers and explorers. We value our customers' experience, If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we always here to assist you.
Cons
  • The plastic bowls are too small

Great for backpacking or two people

Product is exactly as described. Its a nice, small nesting cook set. Fits perfectly on my two burner camp drive and served my family well on a week long camping trip. That being said. I wish I had paid closer attention the the specs, because they are small and cooking took longer because for my family of 4 of I had to cook multiple batches. But that was my mistake and nothing to do with the set. So I still gave 5 stars.

Pros
  • ‎Bulin
Cons
  • The price is too high for the quality of the product

Cool Little Set good for me

It fits compactly all into one piece in a nice little bag. It's pretty small. I really like it because it is lightweight and easy to use and take care of. The handles that fold in and out are a great design because it keeps your hands from touching the hot metal. Really good product for the money.

Pros
  • Multi-Ways for Cooking——The cookware set can be hung over the open fire. Perfect for camping, hiking, backpacking, picnic, etc. Since we do not use chemical layers, the ability of non-stick is limited. For some easily sticky ingredients, please try not to cook directly without oil.
Cons
  • The pot is not large enough for big meals

Fine but the tea/coffee pot is not great

Still giving 4 stars bc it served me well on a 3 day camp, but I mainly bought it because of the teapot and since there's no cover on the "spout" all the heat escapes and you might as well just boil water in a pot for your morning cofffee/tea or evening hot toddie.I was concerned about the rubber/plastic handles melting but I didn't have much of an issue over a gas stove. Reassembling it in its designed nesting format wasn't very easy, but the bag it comes with offers enough slack to just put…

Pros

Cons

It deserves 6 stars

We were hesitant at first due to the cheap price, but we were blown away. We regularly do deep back country backpack and canoe camping. This camp set was sturdy enough to use it every day during our multi day trips. We used all of the pans over a direct fire. They worked perfectly. We did a few tweaks though. We ditched the cups and plates. Instead, we used collapsing cups, and cheap full size "dollar store” plates. We also added a 10” light weight pan, and folding utensils. The cups and…

Pros
  • Comes with a pot, pan, bowls, plates, cups, and utensils
Cons
  • The plastic cups are too small

This is a handy, compact kit that has made my life easier.

It's fantastic! I work many times late and in cold weather. Put together a little soup and coffee kit to get me through the between times when there isn't time to go anywhere. Turns out that I use it a couple of times a week. It's a great outfit! More than worth the cost!

Pros
  • Portable and compact design makes it easy to carry anywhere
Cons
  • The pot is not very wide

Good for Family or Scout

I thought this product was perfect for my son (who is a Scout) and he agrees. It is a bit heavier than his previous mess kit--we take that definitely a positive attribute as his older one felt flimsy. He especially likes the tea pot as hot chocolate is a campfire staple with his troop. It comes with some bowls and plates which are nice. The handles on the pots and pans are sturdy and everything fits together well in it's pouch. You can cook a meal for several people if you desire as the set…

Pros
  • Enables you to enjoy gourmet meals while camping
Cons
  • The pot lid is not see-through

A nice set of smaller pots and pan.

I use these in my home as well as camping. They have held up very well with moderate use. Being able to fit items in others like a Russian doll makes storing incredibly easy and efficient. I have yet to use the dishes. I'm sure their good. Them being white. I'd wash asap to prevent staining. The pan is just big enough to get 2 large chicken breast halves in with little extra room. Room enough to flip at least. The handles are a bit loose. Doesn't impede performance though. When cooking place…

Pros
  • Includes all essential cookware for camping trips
Cons
  • The set is not very ergonomic to use

Well conceived mess kit. Great value!

Great investment. Solid quality and durability. Well conceived mess kit. Cleans up well and stows away compact and lightweight. We routinely fed six people with this mess kit, two plates and four bowls, more than enough pot and skillet volume. We bought additional fork/spoon/knife combos as the only enhancement. We used the included sponge, wood ash and lake/river water to clean this gear most of the time in the field. We had pyromaniac type wood & propane fires and still the plastic handles and…

Pros
  • Rust-resistant so it can be used in any weather condition
Cons
  • The pot is too heavy for long hikes

not bad at all in my review

it did not melt, which was a good thing, it let the food cook at good speed, got a little dark on the outside from use of a grill.

Pros
  • Can withstand high temperatures without warping or bending
Cons
  • The pot is not very deep for cooking soups

Looked perfect, but didn't work out

This is my very first negative review on Revain, but I just wanted people to be aware of somethings before purchasing this set. We bought this for our camping trip with hopes of backpacking soon. After reading some reviews, we thought it would be perfect! We ended up using it only 2 days out of the 3 day trip because we were super annoyed by it. I'm giving it 3 stars because in the end, it is a set of lightweight pots/pans for backpacking with everything pictured. I'm docking 2 points for size…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction ensures that it withstands many years of use
Cons
  • The pot lid is not vented

Good new camp kitchen addition

This set is just what I was looking for. I needed pots and pans for my camping trips with my 2 teens and I think these will be good. They are too thin for the camp fire but great for stove use. Skillet is a bit on the small size but it'll work ok. The kettle is perfect size for morning coffee! Good quality for the price and lightweight. Excited for a camping trip now!

Pros
  • Camp Kitchen
Cons
  • The set is not dishwasher safe

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Love these pans! for my opinion

These are in our bug out stash. I love that they all fit into one another. Seriously fits right into a backpack and stores easily. Pans are bigger than I thought they would be!

Pros
  • Dishwasher safe and protected by a manufacturer's warranty
Cons
  • The set is not very comfortable to hold

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great compact set in my review

I bought it for the kettle, which worked great! It's also nice to have the other items. It packs up nice and neat and everything is well made. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • Includes everything you need to cook a great meal while camping
Cons
  • The set is not very stable on a camp stove

Compact cookware that’s a pain to clean

This set is super compact and incredibly light (although would never suffice for backpacking). Everything looks tough and so far has strode up to abuse. The downside, and for me this is a big one, everything sticks to them. I’ve never had bacon stick to something until now. If it wasn’t for the sticking these would be great for regular camping.

Pros
  • ‎CP0004200200AM
Cons
  • The handles on the utensils are not very comfortable
