I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and some food intolerance and am often too tired to cook after work so thought I'd try it as a meal replacement. I mixed it with unsweetened almond milk and am still full after half an hour. Surprising as I have tried many protein shakes over the years and none of them have struck me as very satisfactory. It really is like that. It has a mild chocolate flavor and doesn't mix very well, but the almond milk was in the fridge. I gained 30 pounds due to hypothyroidism and I hope this helps in that area as well. This will definitely be a great low cal meal replacement option for me.
