Don't make the same mistake
I don't usually write negative reviews but the remote doesn't connect my fault for the trust It was impossible to get a remote from the xfinity store, pandemic so had to I activate them when I got them, but it's not my fault I didn't have 2 active remotes. One very slowNow either make an appointment about 12 days in advance to go to the xfinity store, buy one or buy one online to have it mailed. Never again have I accidentally gone insane. $30 plus gone
