I've been looking for a long time trying to find my "right pillow". Because my back hurts and my spine is pretty picky about pillow design. I found this 2-in-1 support pillow and just gave it a try. Fits me very well! It is like 5 star hotel quality and its cool bamboo interior design makes you feel very comfortable. Another added benefit is that you can choose the height of the pillow whether you use the inside or not. you have a choice I usually take the inside out when I sleep and the pillow without the inside is perfect for my spinal curvature. But when I lie down on the bed to read, I tuck in the inside to support my back, like a sofa cushion.
