Taking it camping several times over the past year it has performed solidly. It stayed dry in the rain and didn’t have any issues ( it was staked out completely) in 30 mph winds with 45 mph gusts. It is a little heavy for backpacking but some weight could be shed. I have changed the stakes for aluminum Y type and added a 5’x7’ tarp for a footprint. In the bag, with the added/replaced items, guy lines, and fly included it comes in at 6 lb. 3 oz.Given the price, it will get you started for something light with a double wall.
