Great exercise, great concept, but the rope doesn't last very long.

Oh my god, this tennis ball on a string is awesome! I just played this tennis ball for the first time and I'm tired after 15 minutes! I'm 5ft 9in so I could hit him pretty far and hard. But I gotta drop that quarantine 19 (that is, pounds!). The cord stretches and it kept coming back to me. It made me want to be light on my feet and get some exercise. With just a few shots I was able to make the ball fly 3-5 times. BENEFITS: Great quality product, no tuning required, no water or sand required. CONS: I have to shower after all these amazing exercises! My arms were so tired I could barely carry my travel mug of water home. ;) Update: I've been playing with this ball on a rope for about 2 weeks now. While this is a great exercise and I love it, the rope doesn't last long. I can only last about 20 minutes due to intense training and the rope broke twice. I just tied them back. I just thought this should last longer since it's made for training and hitting hard. I need to replace the cable or find something else. d, but I can't find one that returns to me well, bounces easily, and doesn't stick to the bottom or surface of the tennis court. I also considered other brands of string tennis balls, but others are smaller than the standard tennis ball. So I just bought some spare rope balls from this company. A 3 pack seemed like a good price to me.
