After placing an order for a duvet cover set, I was sent an email confirming the transaction and informing me that my purchase would be shipped between three and five business days after the transaction was completed. However, after waiting a week and hearing nothing new about the status of my order, I decided to get in touch with Dazzfond's customer service staff in order to get some help. My interaction with their customer service staff was, unfortunately, of the lowest possible quality. I had to wait on hold for a considerable amount of time before I could speak with a representative, who was ineffective and didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns. Even after making a number of attempts to get in touch with the business, I was never able to get a definitive response from anyone regarding the timing of the shipment of my order. In the end, I was forced to cancel my transaction and look for another business from which to make a purchase. My purchasing experience was ultimately ruined by Dazzfond's lackluster customer service, which also left me with a negative impression of the company as a whole. While Dazzfond may offer reasonably priced options for bedding, I would not recommend their products.
