If you already know you love cast iron, ignore this review. It took me 2 hours to peel the cooked salmon in the skin, yes I oiled it and yes I preheated it. It does not matter. It's very heavy and most of the spices went into the pan instead of staying on top of the salmon. The only use for this is when the power went out and I was forced to use the public grill. Cooking and cleaning that thing isn't worth it, I'll never use it again. But the return seems to be too much. Especially since I threw the box away. I went with this for a cover. But had no idea about cast iron and all the work it requires.
