First off, the navy blue is exactly as described. The features and the color are the same as advertised.Secondly, I'm a young 51 year old woman who wanted to have the option of a backpack but not a large one. This bag holds so many things without the weight and it's still light enough to carry. I removed the fluffy bunny keychain with bendable ears and gave it to someone younger than myself :O). It's a really cute bunny though I will admit.Back to the bag, so my favorite part is that it looks great whether it's on my back or slung over my shoulder as a bag which doesn't happen when you have a regular size backpack. Bonus feature is that when I visit NYC and ride the subway (huge GO sign for pickpockets), all the compartments with zippers are hidden on both my right and left and the opening is facing my back. It's so easy to access everything when I do turn the bag and open it to retrieve items.Also, I have a Kate Spade bag and a Marc Jacobs crossbody bag and others just so you get an idea the transition I am dealing with and this is an upgrade hands down. Same items I put in those bags was much heavier due to the weight of the hardware and the leather and this nylon bag is a breeze. Great gift for anyone and going to get the purple for my daughter who loves purple. Or maybe I'll keep it.yikes, what to do, what to do? I may just keep it. ;O)
