I bought this for my fiancee who has lower back disc problems that are very painful when they come out. I was hoping this might be an ounce of prevention. I've tried it myself a few times (my back problems are related to a pinched nerve) and was amazed that such a cute, fun shaped pillow could be so comfortable! The blue piece hits the spot and I love that you can add some extra "charm" from the back. My fiancee ended up using this in her car as driving is one of the postures that tends to fail his back. He says he feels good, his back is still bad since using it and he's still in the car! Overall very happy with it. Lots of comfort and relief for the price!
