As soon as I found out I was pregnant I went out and bought this pillow. I wasn't uncomfortable, I was only 4 weeks pregnant. However, I had this pillow 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my first and I slept amazingly well. It's no surprise that I slept great during my second pregnancy thanks to this pillow. This pillow makes me happy every time I fall asleep. Doesn't take up much room in bed (my husband loves this piece). And can be used when you need to sit down thanks to the part in the middle where there is no pillow. This is the perfect pillow and I recommend it to all pregnant women! You will not regret this purchase.
