Installed on a 2010 335d E90. The brightness is sufficient, the colors are pleasant. It modernizes the look of the E90 with amber halos. The first light lasted about an hour, the second about 15 minutes with the tips below. Tips that worked on my car: 1. The bulb is accessible through a round screw cap on the back of the light. There is no need to remove the wheel and fender liner as shown in some YouTube videos.2. Also remove the access cover over the lamp. This is the surface where the front of the hood closes and is secured with two torx screws as far as I remember.3. The spade connector located in this upper access area has a ground wire. If you leave it plugged in, it will be very difficult to change the lightbulb. Disconnect this ground and tie a rope to it so that the light can be easily stretched after replacement.4. Lamp reverse lock: install on the left, remove on the right.5. When installed and rotated to the left, the heatsink on the back of the LED can come loose, which is a serious problem. Unscrewing the heatsink and applying some Loctite to the threads helps a lot (wait for it to cure for 20 minutes). 6. When installing a new bulb, align all 3 tabs and press while rotating. This will make turning much easier as the rubber seal compresses. I smeared some dielectric grease on the front edge of the rubber pad to make it even easier to turn.
