This is a CRAZY short
This skirt is just too short. My daughter is 5’1” and 120 pounds. We bought size medium (thinking it would run small - she is usually size 0-4 or xs or s skirts / pants). She would need to wear playground shorts to wear this in public to prevent her undergarments from being seen if she walked.
