I bought this on a whim, on the advice of my daughter who just got one. I figured I could be one of the cool kids with my own glasswasher. Let's face it, having your own glasswasher when you don't have a bar is pretty silly. How hard is it to flush and was it a glass to scream out loud? Installation was easy, but it took a little longer because the underside of my sink is a rat's nest of hoses and wires. In addition to the normal chute and the dishwasher, I have a hot water circulator. However, it took about 30 minutes to install after removing the rarely used liquid soap pump it replaced. I have to say it's pretty cool. I use it to wash shakers, coffee mugs and most glasses. There is a certain satisfaction when you press an object on the drive and feel a stream of water. To my eternal disappointment (*sob*) my martini glasses are too wide to hold them. First world problems. They just never end. It's well built, durable and comes with all the necessary parts. I installed it with a couple of vices. It's not what I would call a necessity of life, but being one of the cool kids? Priceless.
