I bought this card thinking it was a USB 3.0 external graphics card that supports 4k so probably lots of jitter and good for basic web browsing, word processing but not video . I also never expected this to work on a 4k ultra wide display - here I am even more shocked. I can't believe I'm saying this on an ultra-wide 3440 x 1440 UHD display from an Intel i7 laptop. With 16GB of RAM already pushing 2 standard 4k displays, I was able to watch videos at full resolution with no noticeable lag. This thing tops out at over 30 fps and barely increases CPU and memory usage. Was it created by aliens? Is that from the future? I wouldn't play games. This would be a fun test that maybe someone else could try, but it's not realistic for a USB external graphics card at this price point.
