Review on Magnified Illuminated Adjustable Brightness Rechargeable by Vincent Poolaw

I was very impressed with the brightness of the last setting (there are three brightness levels to choose from). When I unpacked it, there was also a user and care manual. It was recommended to be charged before use, but when I reached out to bring it closer to the plug (it also comes with a charging cable), I accidentally touched the "on" button located on the Mirror itself is located, and it turned on properly (already charged by the manufacturer). So here is my question now. was the charge that came with the mirror 100% or less? Because if it wasn't 100%, how much brighter could this thing be?!?! Ha ha ha, and the only bizarre thing I find (and of course it didn't affect my score) when you turn up the brightness little round white circles form around your pupil making you (me) look like you (I) have white contact lenses!
