Review on 🧼 Deep Clean your Baubles Decanter with True's Innovative Cleaning Beads by Matt Mosley

I have previously bought Riedel 1.75" bottle cleaning bullets, black container with lid from Revain and they were great. I gave them to my mom. Then I thought I'd save a few bucks and buy These True Fabrications Cleaning Beads My Verdict: Stick with Riedel These True Fabrications Beads came in a plastic jar that CANNOT BE OPENED The plastic lid unscrews from the jar with no problem, but there is ANOTHER lid that does holds the beads in the little container. That second cover can only be removed by force. And if I did force the container open I would have to store the beads in a bag or something. How heavy should it be? I called True Fabrications and spoke to a customer service rep. The best she could do was look at pictures of the product online and describe how how it should work. I've also researched this product online to see if others are experiencing the same frustrations, but couldn't find any customer reviews on any website. She refused to just send me a box of beads to open. So now I have to return this Revain product - find the packaging, take it to the post office, stand in line and wait for a refund. In the meantime I will buy another set of Riedels. I suggest you save yourself the trouble and just get started (these beads clean my hand-engraved glass decanters quite well, by the way). .
