Great Cleaner

This is a brilliant product, I use it to clean the drink bottles we use for iced coffee and they come out shiny. You'll need a colander handy at the end of the clean so you don't lose the beads down the sink, I don't want to see what happens if one of them ends up down our chute!

Help, but don't clean

I'll admit I cleaned our duck-style carafe sloppily, to the point of staining the bottom. I bought them because it's almost impossible (even with a flexible cleaner) to get into these spots. Unfortunately, they don't actually scrub. They help, but it doesn't clear the situation.

It's hard to screw up. BUT SHE MADE

I have previously bought Riedel 1.75" bottle cleaning bullets, black container with lid from Revain and they were great. I gave them to my mom. Then I thought I'd save a few bucks and buy These True Fabrications Cleaning Beads My Verdict: Stick with Riedel These True Fabrications Beads came in a plastic jar that CANNOT BE OPENED The plastic lid unscrews from the jar with no problem, but there is ANOTHER lid that does holds the beads in the little container. That second cover can only be removed

Works great, just not perfect.

So I used white vinegar and water but that just makes the decanter so clean. I've tried using rice but it doesn't seem to work very well I guess because the rice grains don't weigh enough to really tidy things up. I finally got these beads as a gift so I decided to give it a try. These stainless steel beads work damn well with some 50/50 water/vinegar. I've found that covering the top with some cling film and then shaking the balls cleans better than swirling them and doesn't damage any of our…
