I purchased this for my son as a birthday present. The packaged arrived on time, however, the box was ripped open a little at one end. The packaged contained all of the parts, but I sense it may have been a return as there were scratches on some pieces (see pic) and the caps were already attached. Not enough damage to bother with returning, but I knocked off one star for it. Assembly was easy and my son loves it.

Great for the price! Netting wasn't as good as expected but will hold 2 adults. Defiantly not to be left in weather. Bag to hold hammock isn't big enough but a nice idea. Frame is nice and lightweight. If not I. Use best to store in a place with wind guard. May blow away. Othrwise decent. Paint will fade in direct sun exposure. All around best price for the value on a budget.

I'm enjoying this one! I bought two for lounging around the pool. After the initial adjustments for stretching (being a bigger man, it was quickly realized), I can't complain. It's also easy to get in and out of. None of that flipping over nonsense. I've slept in it. I've had my girl in it with me and the two of us were fine once you get situated.very cozy!I will be buying more before the summer.

Great quality, design, so easy to set up and take apart all for a reasonable price. Loved it so much I bought another, thinking of giving a couple as gifts too. We have used them outdoors, just don't leave the hammock out all summer or winter, it will fade and the material won't be as sturdy. The set up is light enough that my 4 and 8 year were able to pull both into our living room to lay down and watch a movie, but sturdy enough to hold 6'2, 280 lb dad. Highly recommend.

I am giving this product an overall rating of 3 - stars because the included storage bag is not big enough.The Zeny hammock and stand are all just fine, as expected. My problem with this vendor is that they are sending a storage bag that is too small. I have been unable to get the kit stowed in the storage bag in a way that I'm able to zip the bag shut. Easy setup. One of the screws doesn't fit since the holes don't line up. It still works. But it's a large heavy package so returning it isn't really worth the hassle since it still works and seems safe.The hammock is comfy. The hammock rubs against one of the screws used for the hook that hammock loop attaches to. Hopefully it won't cause the fabric to wear downI got what I paid for I suppose. Cheap China made product. Arrived with broken leg protectors. My only options were to ship the entire purchase back (very bulky) or make due with what I had. We've been using the hammock, and love how it feels, but are disappointed there wasn't someway to order or replace parts.

I just opened it up and put it together. Very easy to do! And I am not a handy gal. It is so comfortable! My only complaint is that two foot caps arrived cracked and need to be replaced asap. Also.and maybe this is a good thing. it seems slightly wobbly?

this is comfortable. but not at all mobile as advertised. the 2 legs at the bottom take up too much room horizontally (perpendicular to the length of the bag) for the zipper to close. after much adjustments, finally was able to zip up all the way to the end to find the pull tab just came right off of the zipper. it was weird. just pull the zipper all the way and it worked fine until i got to the end and my hand zipper kept going.i wasn't pull too hard either. buyer beware.

I love it. Perfect. Exactly what you would expect. Price = quality. Would this last outside? Doubt it. It's on my coveted porch so I know it will last. That sums it up! 😉

My experience found that assembly of the frame was easy and straightforward. It really is just insert tubes and screwing in included knobs and hooks. The hammock attachment hook started on the highest hole and as fabric stretched with weight, moved the hook one down. The included travel/storage bag is nice but I am having a difficult time fitting all the pieces, including hammock, in it as the pieces are odd shaped and difficult in zipping bag closed.

great product! holds 2 adults well. only complaint is that it folds over, but is super comfy and works great for our small apartment balcony.

Item came with some broken part and I did contact seller to get replacement without any respond but I was just too lazy to return it and after few month of light usage, the strings started to fall apart and I think it will ended up in the trash within the next month or two so not recommended at all.
