I wanted these for an old chest from the 1940's in our living room. They are excellent, very strong, beautiful design. The only complaint is that they sent screws with very large heads which made it very difficult to get them straight in.

I like casters, they move well, the bronze tone matches the nails on the chair, it looks like it. You can't put them on by hand, you need a drill bit which is very hard to turn by hand, the only bad thing about them is they give you a screwdriver and all but you can't do it by hand.

Perfect for what we need them for! We love the 360 degree rotation. I like that the balls roll easily and don't scratch the floor. Easy to install, comes with screws and screwdriver. We converted this old chest into a coffee table that we want to cover with leather. Great wheels for industrial, modern or vintage furniture.

These ball caster feet have exceeded all expectations. Very nice finish, durable, leaves no marks on my wooden floors and the brakes work easily with my feet without bending down. They allow me to rotate two massive Pottery Barn chairs from the conversation area to the TV wall. Good value for money.

Recently bought a stool and put these wheels on. The stool rolls easily. I read the specs and didn't find the size of the "plate" that attaches the wheel to the furniture leg. I then clicked on the additional images to the left of the "show" image. One of these images shows the dimensions. It clearly shows a 1.5" wheel plate (that's right, I just measured it). I got these wheels for a 100 year old steam shaft restoration project. It's huge and heavy. He doesn't move easily. These wheels match the trunk's vintage look and feel well made. Haven't installed them permanently yet as the trunk isn't ready, but we've tested them. They're beautiful and don't look out of place. I couldn't be happier.

I replaced the original ball wheel set on my wooden base with this top plate ball wheel set. The old pulleys with the rod loosen, the rods bend and we fall off the chair. This set was a worthy upgrade. I stuffed the stem holes with dowels and glue and then securely attached this set with 4 screws to each roller. I have no idea I'll have any more issues, let alone they look great too.
