Strong and good quality roller bearings need to be lubricated before use. The wheel is 1.25 inches wide. The axle tube is slightly wider and I had to bend the frame to fit and use a 1/2" longer axle bolt. Rolls easily. Highlighted.

a significant improvement over the original Harbor Freight tongue lifter wheels. These wheels have roller bearings and a machined shaft sleeve. Just add lube. However, the shaft sleeve is 3/16 longer than the original cheap shaft sleeve from HF. The new bushing had to be shortened by 1/2 inch as well as the longer shaft bolt.

I used this to replace the stock Curt or Reese wheel (weak plastic that breaks easily) that was on my trailer jacks (I have more than one). This wheel was a replacement, it's much, much heavier and has a much better roller bearing on top of that. I highly recommend it for heavy use (my trailer weighs about 800 pounds).

Nice Heavy Roller, this is a great upgrade for the dingy cheap wheel that came with my Port Cargo Trailer Jack. This wheel dragged down my driveway instead of rolling and left crazy black marks on the brick, which infuriated my wife. This one rolls like a champ. I reused an old bolt that didn't have a Zerk connector so it wasn't easy to lubricate the bearings. I just poured some in and collected it. The jack wheel doesn't roll much so I expect it to be a lifetime lube.

They were bought to replace the two front wheels on a two meter long Ford tractor mower. Bought for a boat trailer that had the factory front wheel melting and buckling under the hot desert sun. I think it will be durable and stand up well to the desert heat and sun but in hindsight it has steel bearings inside and they will likely rust if you get in the water far enough for this wheel to get wet. I bought this to replace a caster wheel that broke on the harbor freighter. I believe the Harbor Freight wagon wheels are rated at 600 pounds. This reel comes with a 1/2" ID steel bushing, but the shaft on the carriage is slightly larger so the bushing will not fit. I went to Home Depot and bought 3/4" steel tubing.
