Excellent for steering wheels

a significant improvement over the original Harbor Freight tongue lifter wheels. These wheels have roller bearings and a machined shaft sleeve. Just add lube. However, the shaft sleeve is 3/16 longer than the original cheap shaft sleeve from HF. The new bushing had to be shortened by 1/2 inch as well as the longer shaft bolt.
