Works great after a year on Predator 212 with mod (READ)

So I've been using this on my Predator 212 for about a year now and there are a few things to look out for if you want to do the same. The bolts do not fit in the shaft or mounting holes. I got a set of OMB bolts but ended up removing the crankshaft bolt with one punch. I had to tap the handle to get the thread back. I took a 2" class 8 (5/16" - 24) bolt and this time torqued it to 20 ft-lbs as specified by OMB. I also lubricated them with anti-seize to prevent the bolt from sticking to the crank. So far so good. The mounting bolts also need to be replaced with 5/16"-24 bolts. I didn't have a nut for the 2nd pulley, had to reuse from my old clutch, no big deal. Hole for it to fall out. You should also not over tighten these as this will bend the clamp C on the other side and prevent the shaft from rotating properly.I had to cut the bracket to fit my BajaWarrior bike frame and add extra holes to accommodate it to attach to the engine.Another note, if you misalign two pulleys you'll always burn the belt.I didn't need any additional hardware or modification to align them, but for the chain I had to swap wheel spacers. The stock 420 chain is too wide for that, you need to upgrade to #41.I've ridden this setup up and down the last year.downhill, long distances, very dynamic G as and no hiccups. It takes a bit of gas to start, but when it does, it moves. The r is still adjustable, has a carburetor jet, intake manifold and manifold, and has a top speed of 40 mph. As long as the belt stays on.
