Their support team was fantastic! They have been very helpful with our questions about their product line as well has providing excellent recommendations for what we should look into next when it comes to upgrading/managing Snowflake DWHs at scale across multiple regions (2+).

At this time I had no issues or complaints but they are always looking forward which makes me happy that there were not any major concerns during my tenure working w them through their Cloud Migration Programmme. If you're interested then give us call because your technical teams will be more than willing help answer all yur queries from an architectural stand point so please reach out if needed!! We used snowflakes mostly due its ease-of use along side other cloud services like AWS & Azure where sometimes these products can get complicated hence making management difficult especially within large organizations.
