I just bought these to entertain my kids and the only reason I'm giving them more than one star is because my kids were super excited they were big water balloons. It's a cool thing, but it would be a lot better if there were actually about 300 of them. I'm not sure if they were supposed to get partially wet when you get them, but I guess it wasn't a good idea. Half of it was already torn in the container. I only had to count them because there aren't 300. I was right. I counted whole numbers. It came to 69. Then I sort of added up the rest and counted almost 50 more. They are easy to use and the kids love them. Not a bad idea. One of the kids came up with the idea of using them as water balloons and having a water balloon war. I will update this review if we decide to do so.
