Never dries on my review.
I bought them for a weekend vacation in Panama. I was on the beach all the time. Some of the beaches have a lot of rocks. These water shoes are okay. I had a problem with the padding moving all the time. They are not good for rocky areas. What annoyed me most was that they kept wet all the time. I put them outside under the sun to dry; the next day, they were still damp. Another thing is that they love sand! I do not recommend these shoes.
