The watch itself is great. The service is very good because I contacted them twice and got an answer but no solution. I've been a marathon runner for over 25 years, know my body and use Polar, Garmin, Apple watches and now NOERDEN watches to track my activity. , pace, heart rate, calories, etc. I am currently using an Apple Watch 6 series with my iPhone 12 Mini on the latest iOS at the same time. Here's the problem: while the Appale Watch reports 1039 active actions in a 234-minute hike. (03:54) the NOERDEN clock reports 103.8 calories in the same time. See attached pictures.
