Shipped and packaged well. Once you open it there's no instructions but who dosen't like a bit of a puzzle? The once you put it in the glove box it's snug and not going anywhere. Tip is to put the end pieces in the glove box and then slide the rest in after it. Overall it works and makes it easy to add a bit of organization to your truck. I have it so the required legal doc are right on top and easy to grab. But plenty of space to put other stuff. Plastic seems durable but don't really snap to gether would be great If they did. I would recommend if you can't stand having a mess in your truck.
