Switched to Honor Band 6 with MI-FIT3 (the latter just died). Honor, of course, is much more convenient and pleasant (xiaomi was constantly unbuttoned - there is no such thing here, the screen is also much more informative, it counts steps an order of magnitude better, there are no problems with notifications. In principle, notifications are extremely important for me - therefore, this item is a fat plus. The battery lasts about 2 weeks (this is with constant monitoring of heart rate and sleep quality), which is not as good as on an ancient xiaomi with a monochrome display, but very good by the standards of analogues. I can’t really say anything about training programs - they are, but it’s hard for me to evaluate their quality (I’m with sports on you), but I can say that a program for swimming in open water would be useful for me personally (there is only for a pool with a fixed length).
