: I'm recovering from hydrocele surgery when I had over a liter of fluid removed (almost a record for my doctor); So it's quite painful for me, I wear it when I wear a size large and it fits me snugly. I will now be ordering XL as well although the product is great as it holds the boys up pretty nicely and makes it easier to walk and move around with less pain. Love this product, order two sizes if unsure and you may need to switch between them depending on the day and swelling. I stay one week!
