The size does not match the size! I measured my dog's neck at 17 inches and ordered an average size based on the size chart. As you can see from the picture, even at its narrowest/smallest point, it's huge and doesn't even come close to matching the size chart. I also ordered a 1.5" wide collar. This size doesn't fit either! The colors are very faded. They are not as bright and vivid as in the picture. I sent it back. Very disappointed โน๏ธ
