Full compliance with the manufacturers assurances, high quality.
All is well with the ssd. After installing a fresh copy of Windows 10, the laptop's performance immediately improved; I didn't bother to measure the difference in speed. Even with multiple programs running and a lot of copying going on, the disk usage never went beyond 4%.
