My husband and I have just bought a new king size bed and wanted to order a duvet that will cover the entire bed and also provide enough coverage between the two of us and our two dogs who sometimes like to lie with us in bed. This case was perfect! With our king bed, this bedspread practically touched the floor on both sides and we weren't in bed, and then, once under the covers, the bedspread still managed to have enough wiggle room that didn't leave us without cover even in the middle of the night let go of all our constant movements. The color of the sage turned out so light and exactly like the photo. I did the first wash, which I'm usually very skeptical of, because I feel like after the first wash you lose the sense of luxury that comes with first arriving, but that's not the case with this product . I followed the washing and drying instructions exactly and everything came out exactly as it came. I was so happy about that. As other reviewers have pointed out, the material works in both hot and cold weather. Since we have it, we have had to turn on both the heating and the air conditioning in our house, and in both cases we keep the perfect temperature throughout the night. It's so light yet offers stability, keeping you at a comfortable temperature all night long. I would say the same goes for pads if you really want to use them as a pillow to sleep in at night. The bedspread was very well packaged both in its own packaging and in the shipping box. We are very happy with this purchase and will definitely be buying more colors in the near future.
