I liked this backpack. up to 8 months of use and then things started to fall apart. More specifically, the main flash went off the seam in two places. I sent the worn zip bag back to the manufacturer but it was worn for just under 3 weeks. The bag is in their warehouse somewhere and they are a bit stingy with repairs or returns. Good, but good: The bag is great in size and features and fits my MacBook 15 perfectly. It is neither too small nor too big to stuff more goodies into the backpack than necessary. It's light and comfortable on the shoulders. Black with a minimalist design. I hope to solve the return problem and get a working bag. I miss my incase icon. But I will look for a similar backpack from a more reliable manufacturer in the future.
