This wand is VERY small which is nice. However, it also vibrates a lot, especially for its size. The workmanship seems well made and the silicone did not smell, which is sometimes the case with some silicone utensils or coatings. The power button is at the bottom, while the charging port is at the bottom. Easy to charge, easy to turn on and off and switch modes. It turns on and off with a long press, and a short press toggles between different modes. The vibration seems to be MUCH stronger on the sides of the head than the top. It doesn't come with a pouch or anything, but that's ok. VERY good massager. PS - there is a photo that says you can use this on your lumbar spine.
