Saved me about 3-4 hours of work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you have a network cable.
I didn't believe it would work, but I took the risk anyway. I'm glad I did! I already had an ethernet cable (two different categories, 5 and 6) connected to a connector. I connected this VIMVIP video adapter and the magic happened. I saved about 3-4 hours to route the cable around the entire perimeter. The video quality is slightly different (still acceptable) than a standard camcorder cable, but it could just be the camera and not this adapter. Would I buy again? Absolutely!
