Sound quality and noise canceling work well. I had no problems pairing with two devices. However, having two Bluetooth connections can be annoying. If you are within range of a second connection, e.g. a laptop, the laptop wakes up and connects, triggering a "connecting" prompt in your ear, then disconnects and repeats every few minutes, unless you turn off or unpair Bluetooth on your laptop . My biggest complaint is comfort. It was too small for my ears. Finally, I heated the flex joint with a heat gun and bent it so it wouldn't pinch my ear. I also used a third party silicone earbud from another headset which was much more comfortable.
