I liked this bag until the main compartment zipper broke. I haven't had the bag long, don't use it every day and don't handle it roughly. I bought the bag because I was tired of carrying my wallet/keys/etc. switch. from my daughter's large diaper bag to a separate pouch. Now that my daughter is older, we only take a couple of diapers, wipes and her mug when we go out. This bag was stylish enough to carry when I was alone, but functional enough to use when I had it with me. I can't find a way to return the product or report a problem with the product, which disappoints me greatly. I really liked the bag, but since it tears so easily, I won't buy it again.
