Review on CaterSOFT by Jonathan Fernandez

I like that it's simple, easy to use for my staff as well as myself. It was hard at first getting used to but now that we've gotten past that hurdle it has been great! Very helpful in keeping track of all our orders, reservations, etc. We've not encountered many problems with this system so far. It could be more user friendly when adding new employees or customers. The main benefits are ease of use and having everything organized in one place. Tracking of both food orders and guest information has made things much easier.
