Review on AUNA Roadie KIDS Portable Boombox With CD Player And Radio by Tim Beckett

I bought this boombox for my 9 year old for Christmas. I wasn't looking for amazing sound quality. I was looking for a great sounding boombox that could play the radio, play CDs, be bluetooth compatible and have a headphone jack. The flashing lights are a handy extra that I thought she would love. When this boombox first appeared, the CD player didn't work. I contacted Berlin Brands Group customer service by phone and was offered an email contact option which worked for me. I emailed them and they responded within 24 hours (positive). They referred me to Revain when I bought from them. Getting started with the return process was relatively easy through Revain (another positive aspect). Luckily there was a UPS shop near me where you could send a defective product back for free (positive). My daughter received the replacement boombox within two days of starting the return process (really positive)! She likes the swappable boombox and so far it's working well.
