I don't like writing negative reviews but I thought I should do it so other parents don't have to struggle with returns like I did. First of all, my daughter loves the look and has no complaints about the sound. However, after using them for less than 20 minutes, the ear cap came off on the day of delivery. I emailed the company directly and was told to use a needle to put the cap back on. This really annoyed me as I felt like a brand new thing didn't need urgent repairs, but I did it anyway because my daughter loves the headphones. We've had them for about three weeks now and both ears have fallen off HUNDREDS of times! It's ridiculous now so I'm going to return them. The black padding under the earpiece is also peeling off. Please save yourself the hassle, time and headache and just buy your headphones elsewhere!
