Channel Portal - Great tool and great support!!!

It's very easy for us as it allows our sales team in India who are remote from US headquarters access all information related to their accounts quickly without any hassle or delays. The platform could use some more features like CRM integrations etc., but they have been adding them at regular intervals so that should not be an issue now! We needed something which we can manage customer relationships effectively across channels - hence this was one solution available out there where everything including account details were accessible through single dashboard/interface allowing real time visibility into performance metrics within each relationship segmented by respective customers' segments i.e Retailers & Wholesalers / Distributors vs OEMs only viewable via dedicated dashboards per client type alongwith ability to add custom fields if required such as product codes when dealing directly wt specific clients e.g retailers, wholesaler distributors versus those doing B2B business ONLY.

  • Very intuitive user interface with lots less learning curve compared other tools I had come cross recently (CRM integration).Also great support service provided both ways during implementation phase too while training people about its working capabilities.
  • All important data points pertaining your entire Account Management processes is readily visible right before you whenever necessary; also no need o go back again n
