Better than expected
No setup required. I was a little dismayed as the box didn't come with any instructions at all and it didn't look like the original remote for my Sharp Aquos TV. I put in some batteries, pointed the remote at the TV, and pressed the TV button. I was pleasantly surprised that all the functions work. There were no settings or pairings at all. Pretty awesome.
