I like that it's easy to add multiple people to a project, and that they have an easy-to-use interface for updating statuses. It would be nice if you could set up your own custom statuses, so that you don't have to use their pre-built ones. I love using it because it takes the stress out of keeping track of project status. The only thing I dislike about it is that sometimes it doesn't update as soon as you make changes. It would be great if there was some kind of notification feature. I've been able to implement this solution into my team workflow.
