The material that makes up this set is incredibly thin. You can see through the pillowcase. This is probably the lightest blanket I've seen, super thin. The sheets should fit a thick mattress as the double XL sheet I received has a lot of extra material in it; it's baggy on my 8" Tuft & Needle Twin XL Memory Foam Mattress. Upon opening, I noticed a neat design that I had never seen before; Pockets on both sides of the sheet. I think for your phone, lip balm, water bottle. Great design but the fabric leaves a lot to be desired. I am also appalled that the bed set melts in the dryer as the material is very thin plastic. Also the entire bed set smelled very strongly, disgusting. After washing and then hanging to dry, the smell is still there. This set arrived quickly.
