Let me first state that although I do experience body aches from time to time, I do not consider myself a chronic patient. This manifests itself mainly after a strenuous workout or improper sleep and waking up painfully. This massage gun is comfortable to hold. Sturdy and smooth but not too heavy to hold for a long time gets painful. There are 5 speed settings and 7 interchangeable heads. They were more than enough for my needs. To be honest I've usually used the highest settings on an interchangeable head or two. I can say that the highest settings were severe enough for my sore muscles. It really got into some of the ridges in my back. This massage gun is also amazingly quiet, giving you maximum intensity. The battery life is also great: around 5 hours on a single charge. For the offering, the current retail price of around $80 is more than reasonable. Overall, this is a solid purchase that this reviewer highly recommends.
