Skills required: Patience, firm hands, even more patience

My daughter got a pumpkin ("Cinderella") with a cart/carriage for Christmas. It's a beautifully decorated little puzzle with real moving parts and that alone makes it so cool and worth the effort, although in our attempt to put it together and fix the bugs I had my doubts on many points. For people who like to build models, do handicrafts or do the almost impossible. it's a charm. Manufacturer Feedback: Instructions would be better if they were black and white photographs of the parts involved in each step rather than sketches of the parts. Words would be helpful too, but if you're going with picture-only directions, photos would be better. Here are some tips for builders: 1. Pins that fit tiny holes like little nails are very, very tricky, but we found a way to get them in the holes. You push and twist them, and once you've tightened them up like they were screws, you can use your fingertip or the flat handle of a knife or similar to push them all the way through the hole until they line up with the surface (like a nail) . ). Don't try to use toothpicks instead of pencils; The toothpicks we had (regular round ones) were too narrow and went straight into the holes.2. Also, I accidentally snapped off the small Q-shaped wood detailing on the bottom bracket frame pieces and was able to hold them together with a tiny drop of superglue within a minute and they were tacky and strong. Duct tape will not stick to this wood, but super glue works great.3. Another tip: If you look at the car from the side - for example in profile - from the rear wheels to the car and to the front wheels, there is a fairing on both sides of the car that is wider than all the other fairings. As you would expect from a real car, these wider panels are like "doors" for someone to get into the car. (But they don't open in this puzzle.) I say that because when my kids first assembled the top of the stroller with the frame pieces, the wider pieces didn't face each other, so everything was misaligned. . Once we identified and fixed the error, everything fell into place. Also, the tiny pins at the top of the frame pieces that fit right at the top of the bottom bracket are pretty brittle. We broke a few and now we have a hair band that puts pressure on the top "cover" of the wagon, although supergluing the panels to the frame fixes this permanently, so I can do that and my hand for a minute or two long press a clamp. I'm not a big man, but I felt like a clumsy giant trying to work on it; It takes patience, but my daughter was delighted with the result, the wheels really turn, and she immediately sculpted her little princess out of polymer clay with tweezers and placed the figure on beautiful seats in the carriage. Some posable 3.5" miniature skeletons (Re-ment, amazon.com) are the driver and servants at either end of the carriage and are perfect for their seats. Horse. It looks really great and is very detailed. We also tried the ferris wheel and carousel, but the pumpkin wagon (carriage) was by far the most difficult.
